When you purchase our PDC Maison, you’ll be delighted to have it delivered to your land, fully furnished and equipped with premium finishes, completed within 3-4 months. PDC Maison is available in the US and internationally upon request.
PDC Maison is surrounded by a landscaping ethos of blue and white hydrangeas and high pampas grass creating a luscious natural habitat.
We’ve also collaborated with Kyle Hamilton Fine Art, to present you with a $10k Art Collection Credit to personalize your PDC Maison.

PDC Maison's price includes all the logistics and permits required to build and design your getaway, along with all the interior finishes, furnishings, and appliances. We handle all delivery and installation. It does not include the land or lot. If you need assistance acquiring land, please consult us on how we can help you facilitate your request.
Currently, we’re offering our Classic PDC Maison, a 432 sqft one-bedroom, one-bath home. However, if you’d like a larger home, please consult us about larger PDC Maison options.
Available upgrades: pool, sauna, or additional structures.
PDC Maison is a prefabricated mirror House manufactured by ÖÖD House with Interior Design and Landscaping by Pompadour DC. The house has a full steel frame with industrial-grade glass. The UV-reflective glass is installed for climate control and can endure any extreme weather conditions. The home is insulated against heat and cold.
